Katz the Crazy Kitter.

This is my firend Katz, she made me make her hair the color it was during christmas and take away some marks, but I like it. It took the longest to get the hair the color she wanted and the shines on her face just right. After about an hour and a half or so of continuous work (plus a bunch of breaks), I think it turned out pretty well. I used a mouse and paint shop pro 9.0
